Introduction
eClaim is the first project in which I led the design and built a new platform, throughout the years, I have collaborated with different stakeholders including the claim team, developer, business team...etc. And established 5 new user journeys using new component library, the project is still going on with day-2 enhancement and new product revamp through weekly scrum meetings.
